Great Quotes & Stardust—
When we first opened our practice in Branson, I had a pre-made slide show I had purchased and it would cycle through a lot of medical stats and things like that. A chiropractor friend of mine came down and was hanging out in the office. He watched the slideshow and went, “Have you watched this? Have you realized how much bashing is going on? Have you thought about how negative it is?” And I really hadn’t thought about it! But it was then I realized it was so much better to promote what I love rather than bash what I hate.
So I started making my own slideshows. At first it was just pictures of me adjusting kids with a quote here or there. Then I started really gathering quotes. None of them are mine, personally. I just nabbed whatever was on Facebook that resonated. Now I have 10 to 15 different slideshows and am constantly renewing them.
With the little bit of time that people wait, I want to expose them to things that make them think. I don’t want you to think like me but I want to make you think! The slideshow is a reflection of the time I would like to spend with everybody and talk with them in-depth and it is a way to give them a piece of me.
So, every quote is a way of me saying, “I love you! Check this out! This really resonates with me! I hope it resonates with you, too!” Because we are all going through this thing together. We’re all stardust on a big rock hurtling through space around a ball of burning gas. Let’s work to make this world a better place!
